In London College of fashion, I went through a long process in order to design and make my own shirt. It might seem easy to create your shirt using a simple machine, but guess what it’s not as easy as you think.

I started off with drawing multiple design ideas and sketches in my sketchbook. Afterwards I started eliminating my ideas and asking around what design sketch suits the theme and my target audience. After getting feedback from my peers and teachers, I tested different colors and prints that go with my chosen idea. Subsequently, I used the heating machine to print my prints on the shirt and added a mesh fabric on top of it. I also used sewing techniques to stich the shirt with other fabrics.
