1- Smile immediately as you wake up
As simple as it sounds, smiling can make a noteworthy impact on your mood. By forcing your smile every morning, you are sending signals to your brain to release chemicals that will make you feel exultant.
2- Drink Water
The next thing you could do is drink a cup of cold water to keep yourself hydrated. Your body will tremendously stay hydrated. As you drink lots of water, you will naturally feel more energized.
3- Feed your mind
Reading in the morning can have a very big affect on your mood and happiness level. Try reading something positive rather than feeding your mind with negativity. Moreover, listening to music in the morning boosts your mood and makes you feel cheerful and jovial.
